About Me
My name is Sam Sleath and I'm a 21 year old organist from Bromley, UK. I recently graduated from the University of Southampton with a first-class honours BA in Music. Before studying at Southampton, I was the organ scholar at St. Peter & St. Paul, Bromley (Parish Church) for two years. In my spare time I enjoy creating sample sets of pipe organs and here on my website you can see which ones I've created so far, and which of them are upcoming.
Each sample set is created by recording every pipe and action noise of the instrument individually, then processing and compiling them to create a faithful virtual organ model. It's not uncommon to have to process several thousand audio files even for a fairly small instrument! You can play these sample sets with any keyboard with MIDI capability connected to a PC or Laptop running Hauptwerk.
I'm committed to capturing each organ as accurately as possible within its acoustic. The result is a virtual organ model I'm confident you'll have many hours of enjoyment playing.
