Information

Payment is handled through Stripe, which is a secure and industry-standard service. At the bottom of each sample set page there is a purchase button. This will take you through Stripe's checkout where you can enter your payment details. Once the checkout is complete, a download link will be emailed automatically to the address you entered during checkout. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes of checkout, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you do not receive a download link, or if there are any issues with downloading or installing the sample set, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

For most sample sets there is a free demo version available to download from the link at the bottom of each page. For some the demo is a limited keyboard compass; for others, a full compass but with limited ranks available. I suggest trying out the demo or listening to some demonstrations before purchasing. All orders are final — once a purchase is made I am unfortunately unable to issue refunds as the sample sets are not encrypted. If you lose your download link, please contact me with your Stripe order reference and I will provide a new one free of charge.

The licensee is permitted to:

  • Use the sample sets to make non-commercial recordings for any purpose.
  • Use the sample sets for church services and public events.
  • Create a backup copy of the sample set files for personal use.
  • Make a composite organ referencing these sample sets by file path, provided the composite does not include the sample files themselves. If the composite is distributed, all users must obtain every required sample set — whether paid or free — by downloading them individually from sesquialteraorgans.co.uk. The sample files themselves must never be bundled with or included in the composite.

The licensee is not permitted to:

  • Copy, reproduce, lend, duplicate, share, resample, or upload paid sample sets (or any part of them) to a database, network, or server.
  • Sell free sample sets or free demos of paid sample sets, in whole or in part.

All original samples, images, and organ definition files remain the intellectual property of Sam Sleath. Performances and non-commercial recordings made using these sample sets are fully covered by the licence. Commercial recordings require prior written permission from Sam Sleath before release.

Sam Sleath accepts no liability for any injury or damage of any kind, however caused, resulting from the use of these sample sets. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All data you provide when purchasing a sample set through Stripe, submitting a contact form, or signing up to the newsletter will only be used to process your order and for personal contact if necessary. It will not be shared with any third party.

The contact and newsletter forms on this website submit data to Google Forms. Newsletter sign-ups are stored in Google Sheets and used solely to notify subscribers of new and upcoming sample sets. Unsubscribe requests can be made via the contact page and will be actioned immediately.
